The board is responsible for governing the affairs of the Foundation, administering the various programs entrusted to it and making decisions on applications for funding. Thirteen industry-appointed directors bring a wealth of experience from the agriculture, food processing, farm supply and post farm gate sectors across British Columbia. Two ex-officio, non-voting directors represent our funding partners – Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the BC Ministry of Agriculture.
