Our ability to help the BC agriculture industry seize opportunities and deal with emerging issues is due in large measure to our partnerships with industry organizations and government agencies.
Funding Partners
Our work would not be possible without investments from our funding partners and their confidence in our ability to manage and deliver the programs under our care. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Lands continue to entrust funding for new and enhanced programs to the Foundation.
Industry Partners
We are an industry-led organization. Our members – or industry partners – help us set priorities and plan for the future. The membership is represented by the BC Agriculture Council, which administers the selection and appointment process for directors and provides guidance and approval of strategic and operational plans.

We also work closely with the BC Agriculture Council and the BC Food Processors Association during program development. This enables us to stay attuned to industry’s needs and ensure we continue to improve our programs, delivery and service.

Our clients – or project partners – are the beneficiaries of our funding programs and initiatives. The projects we fund are the result of innovative ideas brought to us by industry groups. Their dedication to sector-wide growth and willingness to contribute their own resources to projects that are inherently risky help to ensure project success.
Delivery Partners
Some of the funding programs and initiatives that we manage are delivered by third parties. We rely on the sector expertise and professionalism of a number of organizations to promote and administer these special initiatives on our behalf.
