Letter of Intent
A letter of intent is optional and enables you to obtain an initial reaction to a proposed concept or project idea. It can provide you with helpful direction prior to committing the resources needed to prepare a comprehensive application. This option will require more time as applying becomes a two-stage process.

Deadlines
There are no set deadlines for this program. Applications can be submitted at any time. Allow at least 30 days prior to the start of your project for a decision on a completed application form. Late applications will not be considered.
