As spelled out in your contribution agreement, acknowledgement of the Foundation and its funding partners is a mandatory condition for all projects that receive our funding. You will be expected to recognize the Foundation and its funding partners in all of your project deliverables and project communications.
Funding Acknowledgement Guidelines
Funding acknowledgements are to be placed on all project materials, regardless of audience. Acknowledgements may be in the form of logos or written statements and in some cases you may opt to use both. Don’t forget to include the appropriate acknowledgement when you prepare a progress report for the Foundation. Guidelines have been developed for the following programs. Guidelines for other programs are under development.

Sharing Project Results
By communicating project results and sharing information, you can help increase the capacity of your industry sector and the broader agri-food industry in BC.
Public Announcements & Events
Communicating with media and the public about your project is important to increase public support for agriculture, sharing the ways that government and industry are working together to seize new opportunities and resolve important issues. Your contribution agreement states that you should not make a public announcement about your project without our prior consent. We will work with you to identify opportunities to publicize your project. Contact us to discuss your options.
Reviews & Approvals
We are available to review your materials to ensure that logos and acknowledgement statements are applied consistently and are not being used inappropriately. We will arrange any necessary approvals with our funding partners. Contact us for more information.
