The Corporate Plan identifies the specific goals and priorities of the Foundation for the coming three years. The Corporate Plan will help the Foundation to fulfil our mandate, better serve the needs of industry, meet the requirements of our funding partners and improve our administrative, financial and communications functions. The Corporate Plan was developed in consultation with the BC agriculture and agri-food industry and approved by the members at the AGM in April 2011.

Our current corporate priorities include:

1. Supporting ideas and projects that capture new and emerging market opportunities, improve the sector's ability to respond to new and emerging issues, enable the development of new processes that create efficiencies or lead to new market opportunities and add value to the commodity market;
2. Delivering programs that advance industry as a whole or that are designed to be sector-specific; and
3. Partnering with industry leaders to develop and deliver strategic initiatives on issues that are cross-sectoral or pan-agricultural in nature.
