The Corporate Plan identifies the specific goals and priorities of the Foundation for the coming two years. The Corporate Plan will help the Foundation to fulfil our mandate, better serve the needs of industry, meet the requirements of our funding partners and improve our administrative, financial and communications functions. The Corporate Plan was developed during joint planning sessions between our board and industry late in 2008 and approved by the members at the AGM in April 2009.
